We understand the importance of our gear. Much of it is in nature, lifesaving equipment. We believe in making high quality gear that works and that you can depend on when you need it most. We take pride in our products and stand behind them.

We provide a lifetime guarantee on any defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. If we mess up when manufacturing your gear, we will fix or replace (at our discretion) it on our dime. Whether this happens when you open the product or when you are out in the field. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear due to abrasion, abuse due to events such as heat or fire damage, personal modifications, damage due to contact with chemicals, etc. No receipt is necessary, as we can recognize our gear, and your date of purchase does not matter (lifetime).

Plates Warranty
Steel plates have a much longer life span than a ceramic or UHMWPE. We stand by the quality of our plates. All steel plates have a 20 year warranty. These are standard manufacturers warranties and do not cover wear and tear.
